How it works
Referring is simple. Follow these three steps and track your opportunities.

1. Refer the opportunity
Fill out the form with your details and the information of the person or company interested in our courses or services.

2. We handle the close
Our sales team contacts the referral, presents the proposal and manages the negotiation through to closing the sale.

3. Get your commission
When the opportunity closes and is effectively invoiced, we pay you 5% of the invoiced value according to the program conditions.

Program conditions
- The commission is 5% of the effectively invoiced value of the referred opportunity.
- The commission is only earned when the opportunity closes successfully and is invoiced and paid by the referred client.
- The referral must be a new opportunity, not previously registered by Talento Para TI nor in an active sales process.
- A referral is only valid if registered through the official form before any prior commercial contact.
- If more than one person refers the same opportunity, the one who registered it first is recognized.
- The commission is paid once Talento Para TI has received payment from the referred client.
- There is no limit on the number of opportunities you can refer.
Frequently asked questions
Who can join the program?
Any natural or legal person can refer opportunities, unless there is a contractual restriction or a conflict of interest.
When do I receive my commission?
The commission is paid within 30 calendar days following effective collection of the payment made by the referred client.
Is there a limit on referrals?
No. You can refer as many opportunities as you wish; each one that closes successfully earns its 5% commission.
What if two people refer the same client?
The commission is recognized for whoever registered the opportunity first through the official form.
Legal terms and conditions
1. Purpose. This program sets out the conditions under which Talento Para TI recognizes a commission to natural or legal persons ("Referrer") who refer business opportunities related to its courses and services.
2. Commission. The commission equals five percent (5%) of the effectively invoiced value, before taxes, of the referred opportunity that closes successfully. The commission accrues only when the referred client signs the contract or accepts the proposal and makes the corresponding payment to Talento Para TI.
3. Accrual and payment. The commission accrues upon effective collection of payment from the referred client. Payment to the Referrer will be made within thirty (30) calendar days following collection, via bank transfer to the account indicated by the Referrer. The Referrer is responsible for any tax obligations arising from the commission payment.
4. Referral validity. Only referrals registered through the official form that correspond to new opportunities, not previously managed by Talento Para TI nor registered by another Referrer, will be valid. In case of duplication, the first registration received will prevail.
5. Exclusions. No commission will be recognized on self-managed opportunities, existing clients, automatic renewals, or transactions that are not effectively invoiced and paid.
6. Personal data processing. By registering a referral, the Referrer declares that they have the authorization of the owner of the data provided. Talento Para TI will process personal data in accordance with Colombian Law 1581 of 2012 and its Personal Data Processing Policy, solely for the purpose of managing the referred opportunity.
7. Term and changes. Talento Para TI may modify, suspend or terminate the program at any time, communicating this through this website. Opportunities registered prior to any change will be governed by the conditions in force at the time of their registration.
